Warrior is not too bad, its just dumb that every class can heal themselves well. But at least the can do AOE damage with a sword, i.e. enemies in a certain cone angle can be hit with an attack.

I don't have to run around with my necro when fighting a monster or group of monsters tho if its a champion I do just to be safe lol and the reason is I have 3 minions who take most of the damage.

Well with 3K/4K hour experiance in GW2 as a roamer.

The best classes for solo wvw (roaming)
are (best to lowest)

Thief
Mesmer/Ele
Engineer/warrior
Guardian/Necro
Ranger

Note on ranger: Ranger is a team class, and thus for WvW horrible for solo play. What ever a ranger has, another class has better

Rangers make for awesome support though
