Perhaps I should clarify, the mouse pointer isn't actually related to whatever is wrong with the trainer. It's merely what happens when the error pops up thanks the to the way Windows handles the layer the game is in.

So the specific problem is just the error that pops up (though because of that mouse pointer I can't simply ignore it).

(I would have edited my previous post with this info but I ran into the anti-hack protection on this site for some odd reason when trying to do that).

Have you read the NFO? If not, I advise you to read it from A-Z.

The trainer needs to be activated at the game launcher window, and not in game. Once you've done this, launch the game and don't press F3 again as it will just restore the game code. Just hit the option keys. Also try to keep an interval of about 5 seconds between the options. Don't press them all at once. It wouldn't crash the game, but again it's just to be sure you don't get any debug error.

Also this is pretty standard info, but pretty helpful: Link

I've read the nfo numerous times and there's nothing in there about my problem.

And I followed all the instructions correctly.

Also the trainer works so none of that stuff on the troubleshooting page applies (but I made sure that it all checks out anyways and still no luck).

It just doesn't work without throwing up that path error.

    Don't you recognize the path?
Because from my feeble understanding of programming the error would come from you accidentally hardcoding the path according to your drive configuration which then throws up the error because it can't find the same drive configuration on my system.
Granted usually that would mean the trainer wouldn't work at all but it's the only thing I can think of.

If thats the case all u goto do is ask him what path did he use so u can recreate it in ur computer , sometimes all u goto do is run the trainer as an admin

Usually yes it's that easy but in this case it seems to include a drive configuration not just a path on the drive and that can't simply be replicated especially since I don't have 4 hard drives.

And I always run my trainers as admin.

A "Path Error" strikes me either as the trainer unable to locate the game exe, or perhaps something like an Antivirus blocking it.

So either try disabling your Antivirus, or perhaps all your security programs when using the trainer, or putting the trainer in the game directory which I think you already did.

Well I was going to take another run at the problem today. Figured I might try disconnect anything and everything that wasn't necessary so I disconnected all drives other than my main one and removed any CDs/DVDs that were in the DVD drives. Disconnected from the net and disabled the Windows Firewall and my AV.
    Trainer worked perfectly.
So I started re-connecting everything to try and find the cause...and the problem was plain gone, everything reconnected and still no error....
    So yeah...somehow everything works now.
So as it seems I'm sorry for wasting your time, but thanks a lot for being ready to help and for the trainer in the first place.
