    Good find. I found in other titles that sometimes extra files are needed to enable these cheats. Now that you spiked my attention, it's time to check out where that line is written and most interesting WHY. Reason would be a BOOL or a combination of BOOLs. Will return with feedback, stay tuned. Cali, want to dig into this as well?

    Cheers,
    Sun

    I would be careful with this. In case they scan while playing. If so they might pick up on file size changes and upload that file etc etc.

    Given it's a log output, that line is written on initialization of engine/game, hence, no need to be in-game. If only I finished work faster (ETA ~2hrs).

    Unfortunately, my theory got killed from the beginning. Diablo 3 logs out some crap, including machine characteristics to D3Debug.txt. The "Cheats: DISABLED" part is sort of put there to mock the reverser I guess

    Run-down:

    - D3Debug.txt is created;
    - data is collected line by line;
    - written via fopen/fprintf/fclose

    00EE9379 . 68 E0793D01 PUSH 013D79E0 ; ASCII "Cheats: DISABLED"
    00EE937E . 6A 00 PUSH 0
    00EE9380 . 6A 03 PUSH 3
    00EE9382 . 6A 02 PUSH 2
    00EE9384 . E8 470D0000 CALL 00EEA0D0

    Just a simple freakin' text line, no conditions or anything Still looking..

    BR,
    Sun

    Guys, one advice from an experienced Blizzard games player:

    never ever use third party programs, hacks, cheats etc. if you don't want the money (and maybe [lot of] time) spent be a complete waste of effort in the end.
    Diablo 3 most likely will be even more sensitive to such unlawful interferences, because of the auction house and real world money involved. Blizzard will ban accounts, sure as hell.
    Just my 2 cents.

    Cheers

    This.

    NOTICE!!

    PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BANNED from using trainers in single-player Starcraft 2. It's a strange policy they have but as long as single-player is tied to multi-player, it is something you really shouldn't do. As much as I love CH, don't use the trainers unless you've got a server emulator. 💛
