Is it me or does the enemy AI glitch up from time to time? I had Diablo himself stand still like an idiot for about 5 seconds taking damage (it happens rarely but still...the end boss just stood there doing nothing)

Server lag or maybe a skill that stuns an opponent (some classes have them but has a low chance activation)

ive had it for a few boss's and azmodan stood their till he died on normal and on nightmare... i was just rolling with it kinda disapointed for easy boss fight but loot was **** to so... btw anyone else notice that bliz set it up that actual boss's drop crap loot, but the stuff leading up to them usualy are alot more often better blues and almost rare off every one?

Yep, blizzard left their brains at home and thought - I know, we'll have online only...

It's so very sad that Torchlight plays infinitely better than DIII. I know I'll stop playing DIII once Torchlight 2 ships. Blizzard has jumped the shark in the worst kind of way after being usurped by Activision.

I wouldn't call a game that sold 6.3 million copies a failure though. Even if it's riddled with bugs and players aren't happy, it's a success financially for the company.

It doesn't really matter how many units they sold if NONE OF THEM CAN PLAY. I'm personally waiting for some kind of class action suit where Blizzard has to refund us X amount of money for every bit of downtime to their SINGLE PLAYER GAME. I'll jump on that immediately.

Especially sinse legaly EULA's don't hold any weight. (About the EULA saying they aren't guaranteeing uptime even in single player.)

I don't see how a EULA is legal when your not seeing it till your going to install the game or program. I've already paid for the product, and having me agree to the terms AFTER paying is just stupid.
You have to read and sign a contract before you can get a loan to buy a house. The reason you have to sign it before you get the loan is so it can be legally binding. The state doesn't protect the bank if they try to get you to sign a contract after you get your loan. EULA is basically a contract isn't it? A contract signed after the fact, and not agreed to at the time of purchase or transfer. How is that even Binding?!
