I actually discovered that I have the same problem using Chrome too.

Not exactly the same, but sometimes I notice a button under a word or two buttons overlapping etc.

My bugs don't seem to change, they're like this for a while now, it used to be ok but suddenly it got messy. :\
I tried clearing history/cookies/cache using Ccleaner, I also scanned for malwares, spywares and viruses using Malwarebytes and AVG, but none of the deleted harmful things seemed to help.

The KKK have invaded your videos! Open the Civil Rights Act on another tab to get rid of them!
