The best meat i have EVER tried is smoked lamb. Like seen in pirate movies when you hold the bone and eat the fat bunch of meat off of it. If im not mistaken it was Lamb in honey marinade which was then smoked. The feeling when eating it: Im in heaven...Arrrrgghh!
