-Skinless boneless chicken breast coated in flour with a bit of salt and pepper and cooked on the hot plate not the grill.
-Potato halves with deep cuts criss-crossing them microwaved briefly to melt butter into the cuts then cooked on the hot plate.
-Also sausages, pork chops, chicken nibbles, pork and pineapple shish kebabs, and sometimes bacon and eggs, tomato halves, steak, and whatever else is edible pretty much.

Ribeye - cooked medium-rare and seasoned the right mix of salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon.
