Alright this was stupid. Yes, the update/patch breaks the game for the trainer. But if you are using Steam, like me, your Windows Live DLC will not work again. So you have to re-apply the Windows Live Patch from a few months ago that fixed the sound issue. This restores the DLC -- but also makes the game the .132 version again and the trainer works once more.

No Trainer works for me, Retail Version 1.2.1803.133
Could you create one ?
Games for Windows Live do not updating higher..

I have the same problem! I have the version 1.2.1803.133 No trainer works
