well mines work all i know after you kill the guy and place the bomb on him you should beable to move forward but you got to hop/jump over the little fence thats in front of you and go in the building.... but i dont know whats wrong with your game have you tryed resetting the game over or uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game that might work

Yeah the tutorial is not really a tutorial like you would find it in other games. You actually completed the tutorial, but it didn't tell you!

After you planted the landmine, turn 45-90 degrees right. You should see wooden planks covering a door with a small crawling space underneath it, go prone and crawl under there!
