AS usual cheatengine gets the job done. I started with simple money, numebr of inventory itmes, and glory, and then maanged to alter the attribute levels themselves. They cap at 10, but you can hack them to go anywhere past them.
Whilst this may have no affect on your skills, as the tool tip implies, they do have an effect on your talent level. Before, the max base value for each talent was 50, now ive managed to get them all to 500. I can make them whatever i want, but 500 seems nice, 10x more powerful ; )
I'm not particularly adept at utilizing cheat engine, but I can share how to get gold and glory.
Open Risen 2.exe with cheat engine
Inside the game, check the amount of gold you have, then enter that value in cheat engine. Just default scan: exact value, 4 bytes.
Click first scan. You'll get a bunch of addresses, ignore for now.
Go back in game and sell something or buy something, anything to change your gold value.
In cheat engine, type in the new gold value and click next scan. Keep this up until only one address is left, then double click the address and change it's value at the bottom.
Same steps for glory, but it'll take a bit longer since you can't just buy and sell glory.
I didnt make a trainer, that takes too much faffing, i jsut memory edit my own, but as the guy above stated, just search for and filter the values, search for 4byte integer, with cheatengine or artmoeny etc.
I did all my work before the rescue patty bit, Gold was easy, sicne you can take various amounts of gold out of the startign chest, jsut keep adding and removing to your inventory till you filter the right results, there are 2 values you get down too.
For glory, everytime i was awarded some, i filtered that, first 50, then 100, that was fast too. Once i gave myself lots of glory, i searched for the 5 attributes, e.g 1. Then i increased them all to lvl 2 with glory, then filtered the results to 2. when i got to abotu lvl 5 i had filtered down to 5 results. If you use cheatengine, you cant selct manually 4byte, but the address will be the same, you jsut get 3-4 of each 1,2,4,8byte.
Provisions was easy, i had 3 when i left my room, i searched for 3, then put one back in chest, filtered to 2, then got it out again, and repeated till i got 1 result, so i now have 100000 provisions.
we will of course make a trainer for this game. if someone wants to PM me a savegame further in the game it would help me and save time. (and instructions on where it goes and how to access a view of stats, etc.)
