Hey Guys,

I have another account with name vinaybs_m and just upgraded it to Unlimited account. but after using that account for a day and from past 3 to 4 days when i try to login it always says

"Sign-In Error

I tried clearing the browser cache and cookies but did not work.
I have already sent mail to nevermore with receipt number but i have not got any replies.

could someone help me,please.

PayPal placed a hold on this payment due to possible fraud. You will need to get PayPal to release the funds back to us before the account can be reactivated.

i checked my paypal account and the payment status says "completed"

The payment is still on hold and is currently being reviewed by PayPal.

is the payment from paypal still on hold?

the review is completed and the case is closed for the payment. have you not still received the payment.

Account is now active.
