anybody know how to defeat banshee b'coz im using trainer still cannot kill them!!!!..........
I'm assuming you mean single player since a trainer is involved.
Ok the trick to a banshee is to never ever let her near you. Always run whenever she is a few feet from you. Lead her around and destroy her in the process.
Might I know what class you're using so I can better assist you?

OMG! Blitz, look! That Amumu has 4k health and is fed as hell. Better grab him when everyone on our team is around you!
Best tactic is basically to throw everything you have at it, then sprint to the other side of the area you're in, rinse and repeat.
Like the Admiral said, just don't let it near you.
You can also try ordering your squadmates into their path as cannon fodder, if you're desperate and cruel.

Well here's a much simpler way to destroy her.
If you have any biotics or you yourself are a biotic constantly assail her with Warp, Reave or whatever and finish it with Throw for a biotic explosion. These explosions are quite powerful and can often destroy a wide array of enemies quite easily.
This is why a soldier might not be such an interesting class to play.
Although here's an alternative arm yourself with disruptor rounds for the barriers, shoot concussive rounds and when the barriers fall assail her with inferno rounds.

When I think of Banshee's, I always think of the Asari Monastery mission, where you have two coming from different directions. No matter how quickly I fire off Biotics - including using my squadmates' powers - I always end up having to run around like an idiot.
Actually, next time I'm just going to play the Benny Hill theme in the background just to make it more accurate.

Best way to take it down quickly is when it charges up and warpes forward if you use a biotic attack and the timeing is perfect, you remove the barrier she has and then after that go nuts with everything you got.
Banshee, Brute, and Atlas are all enemies that you are meant to deal with tactically.
That is, you can't just poke out from cover and clip them with a gun while your teammates randomly fumble around in the background.
You have to coordinate them and yourself to stack damage and effects correctly. If you do that, they are not actually that hard.
Overload is great against barriers and shields, and Warp hammers armor, so at least one squad member that you take out with you should be able to use each of these and have them developed as much as possible.
Typically I would use Overload then Warp, and then the Geth or Krogan shotgun fired from mid range.
At normal difficultly I could shred a Banshee or Brute in about 5 seconds using this combination.
