OMG no need for a trainer, use your brain and edit the unit data just as you want to, unlimited ammo, untrackable, always visible submarines etc. Btw, I posted a "How-to" in the offical modding forum of the game.
You have to register your game key with your account to be able to access the forum I believe, or whichever section of it that is.
If you don't have a key, well, you can't really complain.
