Is it possible to do this via save editing. I've seen an item editor so I guess it is possible. Could someone point me to the bytes to change in the saved game?

In your save file the face data always starts at XX XX XX XX 0B 00 00 00 68 E5 39, the address is always random though. XX XX XX XX= Actor ID, Fill it in with your character's unique Actor ID.

Why would you want this? It is possible to change your face in-game once you get your own house, which is fairly quickly.
