Most spells and shouts effects have a time limit on them that last several seconds, such as the Slow Time Shout which can last up to 16 seconds. I was wondering if anyone had found a console command that could increase this time limit so that the effect could last longer, so you can walk around for longer while everyone is in slow motion for example?
I've tried looking myself but all I know about the console is what I've learned from places like here or on elsewhere.
