I think my last trip to the bathroom resulted in something similar.

Looks like the webmaster could not decide to stick with graphical/box div organization or with typography organization and attempted to do both at the same time (but failed miserably and made it look like an inconsistent mess of organization).

Looks like one of those stock forum/blog hybrid things to me, like forumotion or blogger or something.
Yeh, that's the only professional looking part of the site.
It honestly looks like that's the only part not cannibalized from another cookie cutter layout/themeset "make your own website" deal, really. Even then, only the white paint is original!
I think everyone here is fine with the way things presently look. If you actually paid that lady to do a new design, get her on replacing the sharp edges on stuff with rounded edges, and make buttons shiny. But I think I speak for everyone when I say that as long as the trainers themselves don't suddenly revert to the sequely-y voice that they used five years ago, you can do to the theme as you please without fear of criticism
