I reinstalled Stronghold 2 tonight, thought I would toy with the trainer for a while, but avast! has been going off on the trainer for some reason. It is not the first time that CheatHappens has been read as a false positive, but I was doubly worried because it set off the Web Shield.
When I actually put the trainer's .exe on the desktop, it did not have the usual CheatHappens logo, it was a black square with a white skull icon, not the orange CH logo like all of the other trainers I downloaded.
For assurance, I would like for the coder or owners to clarify if this is indeed the legitimate trainer and not a dangerous insert. I downloaded the Stronghold 2 Mega Trainer 1.4 for context.

Look at the trainer page for that game and you will notice that those trainers do not come from Caliber. All content published on the website is screened for malware prior to doing so.
Your bitterness, I will dispel

For the Unlimited Members Only, the Mega Trainer 1.4. It is contributed by Caliber, and is the one I am referring to.

This appears to look like the design of much older trainers made by Caliber and seeing the date it was published, it would make sense. It is not malicious.
Oddly enough this trainer did not crash under Windows 8.
