Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi,

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am an unlimited user on the website, but the trainer manager says that I'm unregistered. I click on the link at the top and I get my code, but I'm not entirely sure what to do with it. When I click on Unregistered at the top, a box pops up with two blank white boxes and one with unregistered typed in it. I've tried putting my code in there but not sure what to do next. If someone could just clarify how I register or get my manager to show me as register...Or just tell me what I'm doing wrong, I'd be greatful!
