So, I romanced Liara in ME1, after some Wiki reading, I found that only if Shepard remains loyal to her in ME2 will he look at her picture on the trip to the Omega 4 Relay,

I started a romance with Miranda, but I'm still at the "I'll come by when things are quiet" point, if I end it now (if it's possible) will Shepard remember Liara later? Thanks in advance.

well when Miranda asked you, if u want to continue the relationship, tell her, u cant wait anymore. then liar a pic will come back!! but its wont affect ur romance with Liara in me3, so u can have a choice to follow miranda or liara in me3.
Yeah as yobo said you can pursue the romance with Miranda and then later in ME 3 you can decide between Liara and Miranda, whether the two of you will be friends or a thing.
I think that the whole consequence of romance will only follow if you either romanced Ashley or Kaidan in the 1st one. I don't know specifically about Kaidan, but I know Ashley will be very upset.
