A Naked Mole Rat or Heterocephalus glaber is the worlds longest lived rodent.
They can live upto 28 years. Which is like a human being becoming 3-400 years old.
They cannot feel acid pain and are highly resistant cancer.
The Naked Mole Rat is also one of very few (2?) mammals living like bee's with a queen and workers.
Living underground their diet consists of different kinds of tubers. When they find a big one they only eat a little of it to allow the plant to survive longer and keep giving food.
When they tunnel through especially porous material they use small pieces of plant material behind their teeth to avoid ingesting the earth.
If I remember correctly studies have show they have up to about 21 different kinds of vocalisations meaning they "talk" quite a lot for a mouse sized animal. Among the vocalisations are the "I FOUND FOOD!" chirp and an analogue of chimps grooming eachother chirp.
