You can fee her or if you choose not to you can talk to her second in-command down in the docks. You can convince him to take over the group and leave the psycho in jail and that will fulfill the requirement.

EA is the anti-Midas touch company. Everything they touch turns to garbage.

Had this same problem, totally forgot what to do next, so I walked around for like 45 minutes, and since the Journal is now so vague. Ended up looking up Walkthrough. /fp at my own foolishness. (I had been down to the docks at least 5 times.)

I have had problems with that as well, when it is a Citadle quest, check out the map, that will really help locating things.

A bit stupid thing with the map is it sometimes doesn't show the names of the people of interest and you might never know if someone has something to say.

Wish they'd make it more simple and easier to find targets, map of the future and still is less accurate than a GPS. I mean come on, it's 2186, GPS for people should at least be present as an idea.

Plus with Citadel IDs it'd be easy.
    Ayy lmao
