Where can you find a patch for this game, so you can use the trainers here. I don't have the right version to use them.

Open Origin and right click on the games' image. Select "Check for Update" and it'll download any updates available for the game.
If there's none, then your game is up to date.

Thanks SkyHeart did waht you said and it worked like a charm. The Origin version of the trainer was able to activate even after I patched the game.
