Hello,
I took out a 3 year subscription in 2011, and my status is classed as unlimited on the screen but when I try and download the Mass Effect 3 Trainer I’m given a message that my subscription runs out in 2014 and I’ll need to pay for another year or three year subscription to continue???

Any help will be gratefully received
