well there is only 3 endings, other are just like mild change, like mention above like, well am only interested if seeing if there is a NG+ secret ending like IGN stated!! or its a waste of time!

NG+ secret ending... you take the place of the avatar, all evolved life is reaped, synth-life is killed and you stay until the next 50,000 year cycle giving small hints to the next generation on how to defeat the Reapers... Pigs, yes Earth Pigs are the highest evolved life in the next cycle... "Pigs in Space" and yes, one of them is named Miss Piggy.
OH God! I'm just kidding. I have no idea. I hope I'm wrong and this was Not a unforeseen guess at a spoiler.

As far as i can tell,there are 3 Main endings(also a "secret ending) And 15+ Variations on how these endings play out... Earth destroyed/saved,ect. (i won't elaborate any further on said variations out of respect for my fellow gamers.)
