I played around with the gus for a while now. In ME2 I was able to edit all the weapons no matter how I wanted them. In ME3 the only gun which can be changed from burst to fully automatic is the Mattock. All the other guns do not work. I added lines, removed lines, edited lines. No luck whatsoever. The Valkyrie is even worse, I cant even change the number of shots fired per burst.

U must remove the line for roundsperburst and minrefiretime. i've done it for both the mattock and saber. Also the value for lazyrateoffire line must be equal to the value of rateoffire. I've tested this for claymore shotgun, black widow, mattock and m99 saber.

The weapons must have these lines:
lazyrateoffire (equal value as rate of fire for it to work)

And this line must be deleted:
roundperburst

It works for me and it also should for u guys. Cheers! Please put this on the wiki if this works 100%

yup works but I don't know if full auto m99 is a good idea :P

I ment only the assault trifles in my post and forgot about the saber. That one worked as well, but still there are some parameters that wont change, like the sabers recoil. Even though I completely disables recoil by setting it to (X=0/Y=0). I feel like im firing with a tommygun and not with a 22nd century Assault rifle.

So, out of curiosity, did anyone ever manage to find a working method of editing the powers so that different classes can use the powers of other classes? I really want to do a custom soldier with tech armor an the turrets and stuff.

I tried changing the coalesced, then the save, both, then different parts of the coalesced. No matter where I look, I can't find a working method. I've tried a lot.

Any ideas?

Tried this, Argus still only fires 1-3 shots... Weirdly enough i removed roundsperburst.

Thats what I was talking about earlier. No matter what you do, some changes dont have any effect at all. Its like these things are hardcoded into the game. Funny disovery is though, that changing the roundsperburst of the argus to 0 makes the gun fire its whole magazine at once without any break or possibility to stop. Once you reload and press the trigger just once again, it empties the mag again completely. Like I said, the only assault rifle which is not fully automatic and can be made automatic is the Mattock. The others stay semi-automatic regardless of the changes. Only the rounds per burst can be changed. But the Valkyrie wont even accept the roundsperburst changes.

The saber infacht is a fully automatic rifle from the beginning. it only has an extremely long time between each shots. Increasing the rate of fire or decreasing the refire time works, but the recoil which cannot be changed at all makes the gun handle like a wild bantha.
