however, i was wondering if theres a way to either add all the armor pieces to the store, or press a button to get them all like adding all the weapons.

Is there a way to prevent Shepard from dropping the heavy weapons Reaper Blackstar and Hydra Launcher after firing once? Adjusting the ammo does not seem to solve this.

I set them to infinite ammo and I don't drop them after a single shot, I just reload.
anyone on how to unlock all upgrades and gun mods?

I used the save editor to make the playthrough a NG+ which allowed upgrading the weapons up to 10 and used a keybind to give all/most weapons and changed the plotflag for the armor pieces so they were available once i reached a 'dress locker'. I had already done a playthrough but i wanted to use a different me2 import so i thought it fair. As for the weapon mods i don't know outside of putting them all in a key binding to be given to player.
An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest. I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
Odd, I did a me2 import campaign, finished legit then started a New game + when anderson gave me the pistol and later in the level picked up the assault rifle they both upgraded from V to VIII. I assumed it was a default feature of the ng+, my current playthrough is save edit ng+ and i can upgrade weapons past V with a maximum of X.
