You see I am a very Atheletic personal, I'm strong, fast, powerful etc, and for some reason I have extremely strong calves(Lower half of your leg) so strong I lifted 800Kgs with them of the Calf Raise machine. Anywho, I kind of a challenge to anyone to a calf raise contest, and someone accepted acouple of days later, they must of been Face book Stalking me cause by the time he replied it was burried under quite a few Facebook updates. anyway it kind of turned into an MMA Fight. I'll let you see for yourself.
So later on I don't reply for awhile cause I slept through the day cause I just finished a over night shift at work(10pm -7am) and he takes this as me chickening out since I didn't reply for awhile, so he posts this on my wall...
who dares challenge the King...off with his head. on a serious note i don't advise taking such people seriously. only those that r so unsure about themselves will be so pent up about it.

Actually I have a bad feeling about this, cause the guy uses to be a personal trainer I worked with and was at competition with last year when I was working from a gym, and he's friends with someone who's been trying to destroy my life and I at social war with. Im not scared of him but I get the feeling it's a set up and someone else is behind this. The thing is though it's hard too explain but if I back down it will do a lot more damage then good. You have to fully understand the relationship between me and this third party to know what I'm talking about.

Might be a set up, If you're going there just don't go alone, or just find a way to make sure everything's ok and nothing's fishy going on.

this seems very odd.. the guy's typing sounds like the 15 yr old gangbanger kids i work with when i voulenteer. so ya take the post aboves advise bring some one along for a spot/witness/judge

instead of having a tantrum over it just ignore them. as a wise man once said "no matter how hard you try you can not please them all" in otherwords they are goading you into a fight and then they claim YOU started it. and by going ballistic over it you are playing right into their hands.

The guys is 24 and I uses to be this guys mentor and got him started in the fitness industry teaching him everything he knew so we have a long history together. It's just I haven't seen him in a while and the timing seems kind of seems odd considering he works with someone else I've been having BIG issues with lately everyday, I get the feeling it might be a set up by this other guy and he might turn a fun MMA fight into something else and try and do pernament damage. We are both fairly well trained in MMA type fighting, but backing down is not an option, so if he wants some come get some!
