Did the option for the home page to start on latest trainers, go away? I only start on all updates now. I want to set it back to latest trainers. Stopped working a couple of days ago and now I cannot find the option to change it now.

Yeh, we had to change the script that controls the tabs and right now there is no way to default the tabs. You can always use the trainers page as your homepage if you like.
