luckily a plastic replica in fine in aus, pretty much only a real gun or a replica of a real gun causes alarm and mostly thats down in victoria where they make them highly illegal. for this model no license is even needed.

aus still uses the affectionatly named 711 test for guns (can it be used to rob a 711 store?) but alot more toy guns are passed than failed.

as for price including shipping down here and shops mark ups the cheapest one in aus is my one i am getting for 900. thats with major 40% loyalty discounts though as most aus wide are pushing close to 1.2k and i garantee ppl will buy them :P

I got licences for all my air rifles down there and was told to get them or I could not have my gear at all. Even my Replica stuff.

yeah air rifles need license cause they fire projectiles, really sucks i want BB but nerf and inert plastic guns are fine and kids can have them walking around the shops in ANY color, no rules even if i rip off hte orange identifying cap from barrel

Oh I have a job, and a girlfriend and friends and a life but still I do want to play before anyone else... so get it at midnight play the intro for half+ hour just to get the edge off then go to sleep, return the next day from work and play some more...

and when I say midnight release I don't mean sit outside a store and wait that is idiotic, I mean wait in thy house in front of the PC... big dif.
