How to open this vault door?

I'm now facing problem in opening the huge vault door before I can process to the next level. No matter how I breach, the door remains shut.
Is there a sequence to open this door?

Its meant to open only by two people at the same time.
Use your dart to "slow time" and then override each lock.

Yeah, using DART solved the opening of this door and complete the game. Overall, I give a 8 out of 10 for this game.
