No Mercer Frey in sanctuary. Can make him speak using setstage TG08B 40 but nothing more happens. Can't see him and can't fight him. Game totally stuck and story line is not progressing. BUG/Glitch whatever. Read several proposed solutions and used all I could find with NO luck. I even backed up and found M. Frey is an earlier room, NOT in the sanctuary. So how is this issued fixed? Any help that will resolve this bug/glitch that will actually work greatly appreciated. Hate to spend $60 and not be able to finish this game. Thank you for your help. Hope I will find a solution that works.
