Having played it also for some time in beta and release now...
Deployment points (is that the term, the points you use to put units on the map) because there are several missions where you just don't get any
Fuel/Ammo would be useful too but perhaps redundant with the next option. Then again perhaps faster in this way. Restocking an FOB might be a good thing too or a valid alternative.
Increase the unit limit. If you can increase your limit you can buy additional supply trucks (and such) that come pre-filled with fuel and ammo stocks. Also you need this when your units got murdered in a bad ambush (happens every now and again).
Promote units, so they actually hit something instead of torching the countryside while missing everything.
Command stars, to unlock units (if it is easy to do might as well add it though you probably get enough along the way with the solo missions if you have the other cheats)
Time up/down, probably not as easy since some missions are about holding the fort for X minutes (here one would use time down). There are also missions that have a limit on how much time you can take (timer counting down) These would be my suggestions the rest you
For those who don't want invulnerable units, consider the following:
When a unit is killed in campaign mode, as part of that campaign series, it is lost permanently. That is to say, if you take all of your infantry, call them in, then kill them, you don't get infantry of that type anymore.
So my main suggestion would be not only unlimited deployment points, but unlimited unit caps as well.
As for command stars, you must also consider that the command stars are used for multiplayer decks as well. Therefore, adding infinite command stars effects multiplayer balance. I say leave that option out, as it may cause the developers to detect the trainer.
