Basically when you scan a planet/system, it'll alert the Reapers to your location, after which you need to make like the morning after a seriously hot curry or be destroyed.

Sounds like something you probably won't be able to mess with, though that's why you're the experts and I try to sound like one.

I do not think you can mess with that one tho. I think it might be needed part to the game. Although I have not looked into it with great detail.

When you enter a system you can still scan without alerting the reapers. However, if you use your scan too many times the reapers will be alerted. There is a bar on the bottom of the screen that shows how much the reapers are alert to your presence. When the bar fills up they enter the system.

If there's a physical display as to how much attention you're drawing, that would seem to indicate there's a value behind it which can be manipulated.

The problem will be whether or not that value is attached to the actual amount or just purely visual. I remember trying to create a trainer using values on screen, but it never worked because, for example, the health displayed on screen wasn't actually attached to the health value.

Isn't that why you search for all unknown values and then constantly select "Changed values" until you have a small number left? Cheatengine had a lot of useful scanning options and always finds what I need, in the rare case that I use it. Also, when you have like 20-30 values left you usually can just dump them all , change them all at once, and go back in-game. So long as you don't freeze them the game should turn most needed things back to normal so it won't crash 90% of the time. Hope I'm easy enough to understand. :P

Yes, normally that's correct, but on some occasions I've been unable to find the value even using that method.

Of course, Cal uses far more advanced techniques of finding values than searching for them like beginners such as myself.

Hopefully they can find something to lose the awareness meter! The only thing it will be needed for is first complete the achievement to evade the Reapers !

Also I hope the Paragon Part of the trainer helps with the reputation meter

Cant wait for the game!

Here you have "recipe" how to gain earlier access to the game.

Rough translation

1. Visit the www.flyvpn.com and download the program from there. (Can be stand alone or not-installing)
2 *. Start up the program. In the windows account and password, type the appropriate elements from this page: www.flyvpn.com/freetrial.php
3 **. Click Connect button and select the server through which you will connect.
You should also test whether the IP has changed properly.
You can do this from this site: www.whatismyipaddress.com
4. Start the game - the game will initiate the process of authorization
5. If EA authorization servers in the U.S. are all good then the game has been activated and you can play.

==============================================
* New accounts are added every 20 minutes
** Trial version allows to log on with one IP per day (note for people who have a fixed IP address)


Good to know:
+ Run FlyVPN as administrator
+ There is a chance that you will get the "wrong server connection" message - then you have to wait 20 minutes to refresh your account
+ Resetting (router / modem) to get the new IP also helps
+ Disable any firewalls (not virus scanners)

This is legal, it does not affect the EULA and do not break any security.
There was no one banned from changing IP address.

Actually its not legal, but Bioware will not ban you for it, but however they will flag your account for doing it and keep an eye on you closely.
