How do I add or subtract a merc from one squad to a different one, or make up new squads with existing mercs? I must be missing something here

Press map select the squad at right bottom corner select the merc then press "form new squad with selected merc" its also at bottom corner, now select the new formated squad and move to the squad u wanna merge to. u can have 6 merc max in a squad make sure there space in the squad before merging.Btw my english sux
