I am using the current Steam version (whatever version they send out - I have it set to auto-update) (I don't see a version number listed ANYwhere in the game...where can I find it?) on a Win7 x64 machine. I use ESET A/V - windows firewall.
I have been using the latest available trainer and it PARTIALLY works. I can get the STRENGTH, XP, and UPG pts portions to work. The Unlimited HEALTH doesn't work. In fact, it's 180 out. If I enable it, I die in just ONE hit from ANY enemy. By the same token, I can KILL enemies (except bosses) in one hit as well!
I have tried the "right-click" and run as administrator, but it produces the same results. I know the trainer is working, but it just isn't working correctly for the "Unlimited Health" function.
I can provide more info, if you need it.
I have already gone thru the troubleshooting guide - it doesn't change the results.
I check these forums daily, in the hopes that someone will provide and update.

The one hit kill option will one hit you whether you have Unlimited health on or off. Best to just turn off the one hit kill option. The enemies are not that tough even on the hardest difficulty. six or seven hits usually takes a guy down.
