Numpad 1: Super Health - toggle on to give your squad super health. Certain events or items might still kill them. For the most part you can move about the map on FOOT without being killed.
Numpad 2: Unlimited Items - toggle on and you will find that your ammo is unlimited for grenades and the bazooka and etc.

Ahha, thank you kindly sir. This is muchly appreciated.
Edit: Hmm, the Super Health option unfortunately appears not to work on my copy either. Are there multiple sources for this game (different retails options, etc.) and I perhaps have one that's not compatible? Can't think of anything else - no AV's interfering or anything like that. 99.9% of your other trainers have worked flawlessly for me. They're not in a vehicle, and there are no special in-game circumstances. Just dudes with guns.
It actually appeared to work at first - I got a couple of missiles dropped on my head, a few sniper shots and was fine. After that though, shots from regular soldiers started taking my health down. If I reload a game, turn the option off and back on, it seems to work for a short while again - as if it just boosts their health one notch, but that's it. Resetting it during a game doesn't appear to work. I appreciate that the option doesn't claim to be a "God Mode", but it still doesn't appear to be working as a super health either unfortunately.
