Also, we tested the 1.03 trainer with the 1.03 no-cd and it worked just fine. You'll have to figure out what is interfering with it on your end.

if your using Vista/7 make sure to run both the trainer and the game as administrator.
Works fine for me on 1.03 no-cd

Make sure your versions match (read: trainer version not higher than game version). The latest trainer version is not a catch all version for previous versions of the game.
