how do you increase the size of your levy ( the amount of soldiers you can recruit from your character
The easiest way is to use the trainer: raise the troops, and then make the unit bigger with the trainer.
If you want to raise the amount of troops you can raise, then improve provinces, castles, cities, temples etc. with new buildings. You can see what each building will do when hovering your mouse over it. Just build the ones with +xx to some kind of troops.
And if you can build new holdings, then Castles will give you the highest amount of troops, in the end.
how do you start a war??? how can i provoke a war with someone??? i only fight wars when i have claim on one province but i acctually wanna start war to claim whole country???
you can start a war to invade a whole country if they have the same religion as you. by clicking on the option "Request Invasion" in the diplomacy to make the pope grant you an invasion claim on the whole country.
or you can use the cheat "claim ##" to have a claim on whole kingdoms or empires for example: claim k_france claim e_hre
I used those two methods to conquer most of europe
24506 - imprisons random court/vassal individual 20200 - collects special tithe 20000 - increases pope's opinion 20410 - gives levy reinforcement 20230 - master builder (5%)
The last one I tried and works but you have to give it some time to impregnate your wife. I have only tried this on male rulers so I am not sure about female rulers since I have not tried it. Try it on female rulers at your own risk.
Does anyone know a console code (or how to edit a save file) to lower my liege's crown authority? Thanks. It's no fun at all playing as a duke under a king with absolute crown authority.
