I hope you find a solution m8, but srsly don't sweat it too much because the only thing you can do with the console and not with the trainer and actually need it is change laws whenever you want, the rest is just cosmetic stuff and most of it can be achieved easier and more reliably by editing the game files.

wonder how to change culture of province ? any ideas? by the way if u type: revolt and numer like revolt 100, game say revolt created, but nothing ;D if u type: culture 550 lithuanian, some duke becomes lithuania but i have no idea where to find it, sadly cant make show id of province and char

Take the county name (like vaspurakan) Find the county in the save game file, easiest way is to search for (name="Vaspurakan" scroll down until you find something similar to technology= { level= { 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 } progress= { 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 } }
Change the 0s under the Level (1-5) or Change the 0s under Progess (1-9 ... this is in 10 percent blocks)
oh Don't know how to do it for all your provinces or your whole nation at once. Hope this helps.
