Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hey,

Fifa 12 trainers are not working for me, the promo trainer works fine, but this one just crashes, when it loads onto main menu it says "Trainer activated" then fifa crashes, i disabled firewall/ AV tryed uninstall running as admin, compability to windows xp/vista but still it occurs

Anyone help me out?

Edit: I use 64Bit O/S, also i have tryed to do a clean boot, to check if other third party applications interfere with it, i did a clean install of windows, connected PC directly to internet without using a router.

The version is correct because the Promo one works fine and thats the same version.

What platform did you buy the game for (Steam, Retail, ???)

When the promo trainer works and the full trainer doesn't and they are the same version, then this is 100% of the time something on your PC blocking or interfering with the trainer's security template. Some firewall and AV software cannot simply be disabled, they still block things. They must be completely uninstalled.

Its origin version, i will try uninstall it then let you know, thanks for the time put in helping out people Better customer support then EA who know nothing about the problem that occurs

I uninstalled microsoft security essentials, but problem still presits, i dont know if windows firewall can be uninstalled, i tryed turning it of, but problem still happens, other trainer work fine

EDIT: I figured if i dont run the trainer as admin the game takes longer to crash, don't know if that helps but meh :P

Have you tried to update your game to patch 11.01.2011 and seeing if that version works?

Also I don't see a promo version for this game.

I downloaded it from Origin, when i try click "Update game" it says its the latest version :/ But how can i check what version it is?
