As I imagine you can't watch you massive catalog all the time I will point out that v1.8.25866 has been released.
EDIT: Yeah, I see how that is annoying. I can confirm that the lastest trainer works on the new version.

This trainer is designed to work through multiple patches. There is no need to notify us of an update unless the trainer no longer functions.
