Getting a trainer has failed an authenticity check/invalid trainer user error, been using the trainers for weeks prior to this. Have already tried removing firewall/av to fix the issue, as well as an offline key. none of it helped.

completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer. plug PC directly into internet bypassing any routers or firewalls.
