ive just had a look through them as recommended by Joe Sinicki and noticed that even in the age of multiplayer, co-op,online bumbuddys, that most of the top games are strikingly single player affairs with little or no online play, me thinks that maybe singleplayer hasnt died as yet something us gamers have allways known but game developers have tried to abandon like a sick puppy what are your thoughtsLink
I would hope that Single Player doesn't go away. The single player in a game is usually my most favorite part. The multiplayer is just an added bonus to me.
yea..it has been mostly a single player affair. frankly the only reason i game is to enjoy a single player experience. i couldn't care less about MMO's and MMORPG's and Co-Op...for me that's just a bonus and nothing more. and that's the way its gonna stay so i'm hoping game developers don't start doing something really stupid.

The single player situation had been running in my head for the last 2 years,me trying to find good games that are single player and thought that almost all games might be heading in the MMO's direction well i am pleased to say in my opinion the studios have worked out their sums and found that its a huge market in the single player department, so now i can and will breath easy.
