I finished the Thieves Guild quest line, without having done any side jobs. After completing "darkness returns", I started doing jobs for Devlin and Vex. Specifically, I did numbers jobs in all 5 cities, and then 5 shill jobs, also in all 5 cities. Isn't that supposed to trigger the next phase of this achievement? What am I missing?

Never mind... got it. It's not 1 job * 5 cities. It's 5 jobs * 5 cities. Well, off to be a career criminal, then...
