hello i bought a 3-year subscrition a little while back and its kinda irritating that a tiny time after, they give lifetime if you buy a 3-year subscription, is it possible to upgrade me to lifetime too?

Well you'll have to understand that they cannot go around making exceptions for everyone now. Don't take my word for it though, they might upgrade you to Lifetime yet.
