Unlocks the Arcane Warrior specialization (mages only).
Basically, it allows you to use your magic stat. as a strength stat. So if you have 30 Magic you'll be able to use weapons and armour that require 30 strength.
Arcane warrior is the most powerful combat class in the game.

I specifically remember that there was a strange vial of essence that you could basically bargain with in order to get Arcane Warrior as a class. If you released the spirit it would give you the knowledge. This was inside the ruins.
