Has anyone looked into modding the bmgame.ini files in your documents folder like in Arkham Asylum? Couldn't we get unlocks and maybe mod health in those files? It may be away around the scripts that are making things out of wack.
I was able to unlock all items by editing the bmgame.ini located in C:\Users\YOUR USER\Documents\WB Games\Batman Arkham City\BmGame\Config
I recommend you make a backup of this file and only use notepad.
I searched for the Buy=true values and I noted there were several places were it mentioned Afterflag IE AfterFlag="Environmental_Analysis_Unlocked". So using trial and error I removed all of those instances were it mentioned this but ONLY in the UpgradeItems= sections. Once you open it you will see it.
ONLY edit UpgradeItems= items between: CI_KeyMap=_TriggerL&_B
AND
CI_KeyboardMap=
AGAIN SAVE SAVE SAVE. I am not responsible for you borking your game.
Here is a copy of my bmgame.ini just remove txt from the filename.

I need to find the entries for the decrypter. My savegames is bugged and I can't open the lock to wonder tower although I've already scanned the choppers. I don't want to restart the whole game.

That could be cheat protection implememnted by the developes and if not then hopefully it will be addressed in a patch.

I thinks so, there were some implemented bugs in Arkham Asylum. Too bad you can't save, I'll copy a failsave when I restart the game. Now I need a noclip mode to finish my current game...

When you scan the chopper with the master control you have to grapple on to the chopper and download it.
C'mon, I would not have posted it in that case. The chopper is scanned, the codes are downloaded, but the script must be bugged. The tiger encryption key didn't make it to the device. So... Noclip to walk through the door or the definition for the decrypt in the .ini.
