I have the Steam version of the game and after about 10 minutes with the trainer activated the game crashes to the desktop. This does not happen without the trainer running. I have tried it on my XP Desktop and Win7 laptop both producing the same problem. Everything seems to work fine right up till the game drops out of memory.
Both have the latest GFWL and I am signed on. Running offline doesn't seem to change anything.
Hey PWizard, the trainer loads up just fine, and says "Activated"
But whenever I press a key to activate something it remains silent and nothing is activated.
Yes I made sure num lock is on and such.

You will have to go through the troubleshooting guide (all the steps) as well as using Clean Boot Mode. It should be noted that you should not skip any steps of the process regardless of how confident you are with your PC maintenance skills.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your bitterness, I will dispel
As PWizard mentioned earlier and just to help with the above there is a retail version of the game with SecuROM and LIVE but without Steam and then there's the Steam version which uses the above but also integrates Steamworks thus changing the exe file.
Hopefully the retail (upcoming.) trainer will support most versions that are outside Steam but I imagine Impulse and D2D use their own stuff also. (I myself use Gamersgate and that version is identical to the normal retail version.)
I just tried the retail version of the trainer with infinite health enabled and it is working perfectly. I just want thank everyone on the Cheat Happens staff for making the extra trainer.
