The steam trainer will activate, but whenever I press a number to turn on a cheat there is no audible "activated" and the cheat is not turned on. Would you like a copy of my .exe?
I had the same problem. Check Windows Firewall. I had to grant permission for the trainer to go through.
I downloaded the retail version of tghe trainer and started it as administrator. The game crashed when I got a hostage in the church killed and went to retry that mission it crashed then.
