Im hearing only those who PRE-Ordered SR3 gets the cool Professor Genki's Hyper Man-a-pult.. GUTTED! i want it. its whole reason i act bought the game. if i had known this i would of pre-o.. anyways a cheat can be devised in order to have it? Feel cheated out of 36quid

I pre-ordered from GAME and got it (last ever purchase from them), but it's not offered as a pre-order bonus as far as I can tell. It comes as part of the Professor Genki edition, which is still available:
Besides, it's a DLC. No doubt it'll be released as such before too long.

You actually do have the Genki DLC, steam just doesnt know it yet, i had the same issue, but there's a work-around. Rightclick the game on your list and hit properties. Go to local files and hit Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Wait until its done, it will find 1 file that isnt right and replace that, then restart Steam and you will have your Genki stuff.
